Train2Quit
Train2Quit is an interactive program created by the Department of Defense to help quit smoking cigarettes. The DoD claims that people are twice as likely to quit smoking when using Train2Quit program.  The registration is free and it gives users the possibility to work through the program at their own pace.

Train2Quit prepares users for the “Four Phases” of smoking cessation one step at a time. The program helps smokes prepare to quit and stay tobacco-free. On the website are available a lot of information on quitting smoking.

Besides this, expert  coaches will answer questions by email or in group chats. Train2Quit is available only for U.S. members, but for people from other countries are available various articles to help quit.
